The SEO manager will leverage EO’s extremely well- known and trusted brand. Supported by our web analyst, web developers, web designers and web copywriters, this function will serve as the key role in driving Edmund Optics web growth strategies.  This position will require a blend of high-level strategy development with tactical daily oversight of projects and processes.

Strategy and Leadership:

• Develop framework for content flow on EO website
• Monitors SEO trends to ensure effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, merchandising and other divisions
• Produce insights and reports on how SEO campaigns are working
• Ensure accurate feeds are delivered externally to third party tools such as Google Shopping
• Stay up to date on trends and technologies that have an impact on SEO

Management

• Organize content schedules to ensure timeliness of updates and launches
• Communicate clearly with team members, explain tasks, and help them overcome obstacles
• Mentor and coach team members on all things SEO

 Required Education/Experience:

• BA/BS degree preferably in marketing, business or related fields
• 3+ years management of direct reports

Ability to operate office equipment such as a copier; ability to see details at a close range; ability to sit at desk or PC for long periods of time; work in office setting.
